Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 13, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Earners.Club collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and who we share it with. We are committed to being transparent about our data practices.

By using the Platform you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register you provide your email address, username, and password. Passwords are hashed by our backend (PocketBase) and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. If you register with Google OAuth, we additionally receive your Google display name, profile picture URL, and verified email address from Google.

You may optionally upload an avatar image (up to 5 MB) in Settings. This image is stored on our server and may be displayed publicly in leaderboards and notifications.

Activity Data

We record activity that occurs within the Platform, including:

  • Offer completions - offer ID, offer name, offerwall provider, payout amount, and the external transaction ID provided by the offer partner.
  • Transactions - a full ledger of credit and debit events (offer earnings, streak bonuses, referral commissions, withdrawals).
  • Withdrawals - payout method, currency, amount, your payout address (e.g., a crypto wallet address), and status.
  • Daily streak - streak count, longest streak, last claimed date, and total streak bonus earned.
  • Referrals - which user referred you, and which users you have referred.
  • Promo code redemptions - which codes you have used and when.

Technical Data

Every request to our API collects your IP address and User-Agent string. These are used for:

  • Geo-detection - we pass your IP to the ip-api.com API to determine your approximate country so that offer walls can surface relevant offers.
  • Fraud detection - your IP and User-Agent are scored for VPN/proxy use, datacenter hosting, and bot patterns. The resulting score and associated flags are stored in our fraud log. Accounts with high fraud scores may be suspended or have withdrawals withheld.

Your country code (derived from your IP) is stored on your user profile to help us serve geo-appropriate offers.

Support & Communications

If you contact us by email, we retain your email address and the content of your message to respond and resolve your issue. We do not currently have an in-platform ticket system enabled.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate and provide the Platform (authentication, balance management, withdrawals).
  • Credit your account when offer providers confirm a valid completion.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, and invalid offer completions.
  • Display your username and total earnings on the public leaderboard (your email address is never shown publicly).
  • Send in-app notifications about relevant account events.
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your personal data for advertising, sell it to data brokers, or share it for any purpose unrelated to operating the Platform.

4. Information We Share

Offer Partners

To deliver offers and credit completions, we work with the following third-party offerwall providers:

  • OG Ads (confirmapp.online) - your PocketBase user ID is appended to offer tracking links as a sub-parameter so completions can be attributed to your account.
  • Torox (torox.io) - your user ID is embedded in the Torox wall session. Torox's postback includes your IP address at the time of offer interaction; we log but do not re-share this beyond fraud analysis.
  • MyLead (mylead.global) - your user ID is passed as the player_id in the MyLead iframe URL. MyLead's postback includes the IP address recorded during offer interaction.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them before completing offers.

IP Geolocation & Reputation Service

We send your IP address to ip-api.com (a third-party IP intelligence service) to determine your country code and to check whether your IP is associated with a VPN, proxy, or datacenter. ip-api.com may log IP lookups in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Google (OAuth)

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us as part of the OAuth authentication flow. We store this information on your account. Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Analytics

We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-friendly, open-source analytics platform. Umami does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records only aggregate page view counts and general browser/OS metadata for understanding site traffic.

Legal & Safety Disclosures

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or a valid government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Earners.Club, our users, or the public.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. PocketBase uses a local-storage token to maintain your authenticated session in your browser; this is strictly necessary for the Platform to function and contains only your auth token and non-sensitive profile fields. Umami Analytics does not set any cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your profile, balance, and personal information. Transaction records, offer completions, and fraud logs may be retained for up to 3 years after account deletion for fraud-prevention, auditing, and legal-compliance purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including hashed password storage, server-secret authentication on internal API routes, and access controls on our PocketBase instance. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete the account and associated data promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

You may update your username, avatar, email address, and password at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our data practices or the law. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact

If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please contact us at [email protected].
