Terms of Service

By accessing or using Earners.Club (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Individuals who have been previously banned or whose accounts have been terminated for violations of these Terms are not permitted to re-register.

You may register with an email address and password, or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or to gain duplicate earnings is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

The Platform connects you with third-party offer providers (currently OG Ads, Torox, and MyLead). When you complete a qualifying offer - such as installing an app, completing a survey, or signing up for a service - the relevant offer provider sends us a postback confirming the completion, and we credit a portion of the resulting revenue to your account balance.

Credited amounts are denominated in points equivalent to US dollars. Earnings are not guaranteed. Offer availability, payouts, and requirements are set by the offer providers and may change without notice. We reserve the right to reverse credits if a provider reports fraud, chargeback, or invalid completion.

Daily streak bonuses ($0.05 per day) and promo code redemptions are governed by the limits and expiry dates set at the time of the bonus or code. We may adjust or discontinue these programs at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any means to artificially complete offers.
• Use VPNs, proxies, Tor, or other IP-masking tools to manipulate geo-targeting or fraud detection.
• Create fake accounts, use stolen identities, or misrepresent your identity to offer providers.
• Submit false or low-quality completions that do not meet advertiser requirements.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform or its API routes.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or earned balance to another person.
• Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the referral program to refer fake or duplicate accounts.

We use automated fraud detection that analyzes IP addresses, user-agent strings, and behavioral signals. Accounts flagged by this system may be suspended pending review or permanently terminated.

You may request a withdrawal once your balance meets the minimum threshold for your chosen payout method:

• Bitcoin - $5.00 minimum
• Litecoin - $2.00 minimum
• Solana - $2.00 minimum

All withdrawals are processed manually, typically within 24–48 hours on business days. We do not guarantee any specific processing time.

You are responsible for providing a correct payout address. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by you. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals if we determine that the associated earnings were obtained through fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

We may request identity verification before processing withdrawals at our sole discretion. Accounts with a fraud score above our internal threshold may have their withdrawals placed on hold or permanently denied.

When a user registers using your referral code, you earn a commission equal to a percentage (currently 5%) of that user's future earnings, for as long as both accounts remain in good standing.

Referral commissions are only awarded for legitimate, unique users. Self-referrals, referrals of duplicate accounts, or referrals obtained through misleading or false advertising are prohibited and will result in commission clawback and potential account termination.

All content on the Platform - including the name "Earners.Club," the logo, interface design, and code - is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination for fraud or abuse, any remaining balance is forfeited. If you believe your account was terminated in error, contact us at [email protected].

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Account deletion removes your profile and prevents future login. Transaction records may be retained for fraud-prevention and legal compliance purposes.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF OFFER PAYOUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING LOST EARNINGS OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE BALANCE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to class-action proceedings.
